Payments
The company offers the following payment options to the customer: Invoice, credit card, PayPal, prepayment.
The customer is obliged to pay the invoiced amount within 30 (thirty) days from the invoice date.
If the invoice is not paid within the aforementioned payment period, the customer will automatically be in default.
From the time of default, the customer owes default interest in the amount of 5% (five percent).
If the company also offers products via an online platform for purchase, rent or other use, it may demand payment electronically as part of the ordering process (credit cards, Paypal or other payment systems).
Offsetting of the invoiced amount with a possible claim of the customer against the company is not permitted.
The company has the right to refuse delivery or service in case of default.
Shipping
All items will be shipped promptly, if available from stock and only while stocks last, subject to successful identity and credit checks. Delivery is by post or DHL. If you notice damage to the package, please notify the postman immediately and contact us.
The delivery time of stock items within Switzerland is, unless otherwise stated in the offer, a maximum of 3-7 working days. The delivery time begins with the receipt of the payment. The delivery time is not binding, unless there is a written agreement to the contrary.
If an article is not available at short notice, we inform the customer as soon as possible by e-mail about the expected delivery time, if we have an address. For delivery delays, such as due to force majeure, traffic disruptions and dispositions of high hand as well as other events for which the online shop is not responsible, no claim for damages against the online shop can be asserted. If the delivery is delayed due to the negligence of suppliers and omitted (impossibility), then the online shop is not responsible.
