Produced from citrus seeds, by fermentation processes with the addition of organic acids (lactic acid, citric acid and ascorbic)

Broad-spectrum antibacterial and antifungal preservative, preserves cosmetic preparations containing an aqueous phase (water, hydrolate).

Quality

• Natural origin, does not contain benzethonium chloride, parabens or triclosan, totally biodegradable
• The formula of our Grapefruit Seed Extract has changed, it is now even more concentrated and on water support rather than glycerin, which makes the extract more fluid so easier to take. All capacities are now on the new quality.

• Antibacterial and antifungal, prevents the development of bacteria, yeasts, molds in cosmetics containing water
• Extends the life of water-based "home" cosmetics for about 1 month

Uses

• Preservation of all cosmetic products containing an aqueous phase (water, hydrolat ...)
• Preservation of emulsions (creams, milks)
• Conservation of washing products (shampoos, shower gels, make-up removers)
• Preservation of gels and aqueous lotions
• This version of the Grapefruit Seed Extract is for use as a cosmetic preservative exclusively; she is not not adapted to the internal route, nor to a pure use on the skin.
• This extract is a preservative for cosmetic use, it is intended exclusively for this use. It has no therapeutic effect documented.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not swallow, avoid contact with eyes, do not apply pure on skin
• Respect recommended dosages
• Always do an allergy test in the hollow of the arm (test of the finished product or preservative diluted to 1%), while waiting well at least 24 hours (ideally 48 hours) to observe a possible reaction.
• Always check the pH of the products at the end of the formulation, and if necessary adjust it with baking soda.
